The ground rules for using grocerysmarts.com.
1. The site, as-is
Grocery Smarts is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep the matchups, prices, and product information accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything is current, complete, or error-free at any given moment.
2. Coupon and price information
Coupon values, store sale prices, and product availability are set by the issuing manufacturers and retailers, and they can change without notice. A coupon may be pulled, an ad may be modified mid-week, or a price may differ at your specific store. Always confirm at the register or on the retailer's site before relying on a deal.
Coupons are subject to manufacturer terms (one per item, household limits, regional eligibility, expiration dates). We're not the issuer; we just list what's currently available.
3. Third-party links
The site links to manufacturer coupon pages, retailer ads, and product pages. Those destinations are not under our control and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Clicking through means you're agreeing to whatever rules they set.
4. Affiliate links

5. Intellectual property
Site content (editorial copy, layouts, original photography, and proprietary scoring) is the property of Strataband Inc. and is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don't republish, scrape at scale, or rebrand it. Coupon images and brand marks belong to their respective owners and appear here as part of the publicly distributed coupon material.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strataband Inc. and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We aren't liable for damages arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on the information presented here. If a deal doesn't work out, that's an inconvenience — not a basis for legal action against us.
7. Acceptable use
Don't try to break the site: no automated scraping at volume that would impact other users, no attempts to access non-public areas, no posting of content (where applicable) that infringes copyright, defames anyone, or violates the law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
